TEAM activities promote a broader base of understanding and support for ordination of women and the larger moral issue of equality. They include special events, publication and distribution of material with equality themes, and the coordination of an active network of equality supporters to promote constituency feedback to the church on this issue.

TEAM is launching a Fundraiser to support the hiring of Hispanic women pastors for Spanish speaking churches where there are none.

Potomac Conference has agreed to hire a Hispanic woman pastor as soon as funds become available. You can support this effort to break down barriers for Hispanic woman pastors!
